Haven’s strength lies in its sound financial position and strong support from both our partners and various A- and above rated reinsurers.

2024 was another strong year, with continued growth in targeted segments of the market. Haven currently insures over 300,000 policyholders, and paid out over £400m in claims last year.

As a result of our strong financial base, we comfortably meet and exceed Solvency II requirements, and currently hold a solvency cover ratio of over 140%. Further details relating to our group solvency position can be found within the Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR).
