The FOS is completely independent. In addition, Haven is a member and supporter of the UK’s Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB), the Association of British Insurers (ABI), and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. We are fully compliant with FSC regulations in respect of the Distance Marketing Act 2006.
